Baptism of Antoni Gorzycki (1821)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Antoni Gorzycki, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Płowki, 1821, No. 45,

On the 10th of May, 1821, at 6 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Radziejów, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Radziejów, Radziejów County, Mazowiekie Province, Augustyn Gorzycki appeared, aged 37, a villager residing in Płowki – Gmina Broniewo, and presented Us a male child, which was born in his home, on the 8th of May, 1821, at 10 a.m., to his lawful wife Urszula, aged 31. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Antoni. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Kacper Gozrycki, aged 50, and Jan Gozrycki, aged 40, both were from Płowki. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
