This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Anna Gełdon, from the Zblewo Parish.

Zblewo, 1745,

On April 11th, 1745, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Anna. The parents were: Jakub and Elżbieta Gełdon, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Andrzej Diwel, from Zblewo, and Ewa Wyczok, from Bietowo.
