Marriage of Walenty Czerniejewski and Marianna Deregowska (1849)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Walenty Czerniejewski and Marianna Deręgowska, from the Piotrków parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Palczewo, No. 8, 1849
This happened in Piotrków, on the 13th of February, 1849, at 10 a.m. We declare in the presence of: Antoni Gruberski, aged 38, Catholic, residing in Piotrków; and Michał Czerniejewski, aged 32, Catholic, a laborer residing in the village of Szewce, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Walenty Czerniejewski, aged 35, Catholic, a widower, his previous wife Helena Czerniejewska nee Wichecka died on the 19th of January, 1849, in the village of Szewce, the son of Piotr and Petronela Czerniejewski, he was born and resides in the village of Szewce,
and Marianna Deręgowska, aged 27, Catholic, single, the daughter of the deceased Szymon and his widow Helena Deręgowski, born in the village of Świesz, resides with her mother in the village of Palczewo.
Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the Piotrków Parish church, on the 28th of January, and the 4th and 11th of February, 1849. No impediments arose and no prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
