Hello,
This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Wojciech Wietrzykowski and Marianna Deręgowska, from the Piotrków parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Palczewo, No. 1, 1867
This happened in Piotrków, on the 14th of January, 1867, at 11 a.m. We declare in the presence of Wawrzyniec Piasecki, aged 39, a laborer residing in the village of Świesz and Andrzej Wojtczak, aged 50, a farmer residing in the village of Palczewo, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Wojciech Wietrzykowski, aged 27, single, a laborer residing in the village of Świętosławice – Brdów Parish, born in the village of Wiecinin – Brdów Parish, the son of Wojciech and Franciszka Wietrzykowski nee Muczyńska,
and Marianna Deręgowska, aged 21, single, born and residing in the village of Palczewo, the daughter of the late Maciej and his widow Wiktoria Deręgowski nee Pietrasiak, farmers who resided in Palczewo.
Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the parish church, on the 30th of December, 1866, the 6th and 13th of January, 1867. Oral consent was provided by the newlyweds family that were present. No prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
Rev. Jan Sobecki, Pastor of the Piotrków Parish and Civil Registrar.
