Marriage of Michal Małkowski and Wiktoria Deręgowska nee Pietrasiak (1865)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Michał Małkowski and Wiktoria Deręgowska nee Pietrasiak, from the Piotrków parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Palczewo, No. 29, 1865
This happened in Piotrków, on the 20th of November, 1865, at 12 p.m. We declare in the presence of Kacper Królikowski, aged 43, an organist, and Michał Raczkowski, aged 35, a carriage maker, both reside in Piotrków, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Michał Małkowski, aged 35, a widower, his wife Marianna Stempińska died in Goczki – Mąkoszyn Parish, the son of Mateusz and Rozalia Małkowski, born in Rybno – Sadlno Parish, a farm owner residing in Goczki – Mąkoszyn Parish,
and Wiktoria Deręgowska, aged 45, a widow, her husband Maciej Deręgowski died in Palczewo on the 8th of December, 1863, the daughter of Jan and Marianna Pietrasiak nee Słowińska, born in the village of Połajewo – Połajewo Parish, a laborer residing in Wąsewo.
Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the parish church, on the 5th, 12th, and 19th of November, 1865. No impediment arose and no prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor and the following witness: Kacper Królikoowski.
