Death of Szymon Deregowski (1834)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Szymon Deręgowski, from the Piotrków Kujawski parish.
Palczewo, No. 62, 1834
This occurred in the village of Piotrków, on the 28th of November, 1834, at 11 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Michał Racińowski, aged 40, a farm owner; and Jan Sekulski, aged 50, a farm owner; both are residing in the village of Palczewo, and stated that on the 26th of November, 1834, at 5 p.m., Szymon Deręgowski, aged 50, died. He was a farm owner residing in the village of Palczewo. He was the son of Franciszek and Zofia Deręgowski, who were from the village of Świesz. He leaves behind his wife Helena Deręgowska. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Szymon Deręgowski, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
