On August 18th, 1803, I, Rev., Pastor of Piotrków Parish, buried Łukasz Deręgowski, aged 9 months, in the cemetery. The parents were: Franciszek and Apolonia (listed as Agnieszka) Deręgowski. The child died on the 16th of August, 1803.
