Death of Marianna Derengowska (1833)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Marianna Deręgowska, from the Piotrków Kujawski parish.
Świesz, No. 2, 1833
This occurred in the village of Piotrków, on the 30th of January, 1833, at 4 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Łukasz Nowak, aged 40, the village mayor; and Jakób Sobucki, aged 30, a farm owner; both residing in the village of Świesz, and stated that on the 12th of January, 1833, at 6 a.m., Marianna Deręgowska, aged 12, died. She was the daughter of Szymon and Helena Deręgowski. She was born in the village of Świesz. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marianna Deręgowska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
