Death of Józefa Deręgowska (1852)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Józefa Deręgowska, from the Piotrków Kujawski parish.

Palczewo, No. 192, 1852

This occurred in the village of Piotrków, on the 8th of September, 1852, at 9 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Jan Sekuła, aged 50, and Marcin Głowacki, aged 30, both reside in Palczewo, and stated that on the 6th of September, 1852, at 6 p.m., Józefa Deręgowska, aged 6, died. She was the daughter of Maciej and Wiktoria Deręgowski nee Pietrasiak, who are farm owners. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Józefa Deręgowska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
