This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Antonina Deręgowska, from the Piotrków Kujawski parish.
Palczewo, No. 22, 1871
This occurred in the village of Piotrków, on the 27th of May/8th of June, 1871, at 4 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Jakób Kocent, aged 50, and Marcin Głowacki, aged 50, both are farm owners residing in the village of Palczewo, and stated that on the 25th of May/6th of June, 1871, at 8 a.m., Antonina Deręgowska nee Mazurkiewicz, aged 24, died in the village of Palczewo. She leaves behind her husband Wincenty and daughter Jadwiga in the village of Palczewo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Antonina Deręgowska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
