Baptism of Marianna Deregowska (1823)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Marianna Deręgowska, from the Piotrków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Świesz, No. 94, 1823

On the 2nd of November, 1823, at 10 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Piotrków, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Piotrków, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Szymon Deręgowski appeared, aged 41, residing in the village of Świesz, and presented Us a female child, which was born in house #9, on the 26th of October, 1823, at 10 p.m., to his lawful wife Helena nee Kolenda, aged 28. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Marianna. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Michał Błaszak, aged 30, a farmhand, and Wawrzyniec Stramowski, aged 43, a laborer, both are residing in Wąsewo. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
