This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Marianna Deręgowska, from the Piotrków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Świesz, 1796
On August 14th, 1796, I, Rev., Pastor of the Piotrków Parish, baptized the infant named Marianna. The parents were: Franciszek and Apolonia Deręgowski. The Godparents were: Łukasz Lasocki, from Lubsin, and Marianna, from Nasiłowo.
