This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Marianna Deręgowska, from the Piotrków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Lubsin, 1781

On March 16th, 1781, I, Rev. Jan Drabikowski, Pastor of the Piotrków Parish, baptized the infant named Marianna. The parents were: Kunegunda Deręgowska, the father was unknown. The Godparents were: Łukasz Lasecki and Jadwiga Matuszak, both from Lubsin.
