This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Józef Deręgowski, from the Piotrków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Lubsin, 1780, No. 14

On March 8th, 1780, I, Rev. Jan Drabikowski, Pastor of the Piotrków Parish, baptized the infant named Józef. The parents were: Kazimierz and Marianna Deręgowski, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Wojciech Młynarczyk and Agnieszka Lasecka, both from Lubsin.
