This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jadwiga Deręgowska, from the Piotrków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Świesz, 1804

On October 14th, 1804, I, Rev. Czajkowski, Pastor of the Piotrków Parish – from the Franciscan Convent in Radziejów, baptized the infant named Jadwiga. The parents were: Franciszek and Apolonia Deręgowski. The Godparents were: Maciej Bagdziński and Małgorzata Rogozińska, both from Lubsin.
