This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Franciszka Deręgowska, from the Piotrków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Świesz, 1803

On March 6th, 1803, I, Rev., Pastor of the Piotrków Parish, baptized the infant named Franciszka. The parents were: Franciszek and Apolonia Deręgowski. The Godparents were: Stanisław Olejniczak, from Lubsin, and Jadwiga Zawodna, from Lubsin.
