Baptism of Franciszka Deręgowska (1817)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Franciszka Deręgowska, from the Piotrków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Świesz, No. 6, 1817

On the 1st of April, 1817, at 12 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Piotrków, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Piotrków, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Szymon Deręgowski appeared, aged 34, a farm owner residing in the village of Świesz, and presented Us a female child, which was born in house #6, on the 30th of March, 1817, at 12 p.m., to his lawful wife Helena nee Kolenda, aged 24. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Franciszka. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Paweł Cybulski, aged 30, an innkeeper residing in Świesz; and Jan Skarecki?, aged 50, a miller residing in Świesz. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
