I, Rev. Jan Kiesieliński, Pastor of the Bytoń Parish, on November 2nd, 1812, baptized the infant named Elżbieta. She was born on November 1st, 1812, at 1 a.m., to Szymon and Helena Deręgoszczak (Deręgowski), the legally married couple. The Godparents were Benedykt Sieprawski and Marianna Pankiewicz, both from Świesz.
