This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Tekla Anna Bielawska, from the Kokanin Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Kokanin, 1808

On the 15th of May, 1808, I, Rev. Stanisław Grzygowski, Pastor of the Kokanin Parish, baptized an infant named Tekla Anna. The parents were: Filip and Agata Bielawski, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 14th of May, 1808. The Godparents were: Wawrzyniec Stanyński and Anna Przewska, from Kokanin.
