Wola Bachorna, No. 7, 1882

This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 19th/31st of March, 1882, at 9 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Walenty Jędzreczak, aged 26, and Piotr Czapski, aged 21, both workmen residing in Wola Bachorna, and stated that on the 17th/29th of March, 1882, at 5 a.m., in the village of Wola Bachorna, Apolonia Jędrzejczak, aged 2 months, died. She was born and residing in Wola Bachorna with her family. She was the daughter of Walenty and Zofia Jędrzejczak nee Kacprzak. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Apolonia Jędrzejczak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
