This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Stanisław Jędrzejczak, from the Ludzisko Parish.

Skalmierowice, No. 31, 1814

On May 9th, 1814, I, Rev. Mateusz Smólski, Pastor of the Ludzisko Parish, baptized the male infant named Stanisław. He was born on the 30th of April, 1814, at 10 a.m., to his parents Szymon, aged 30, a farmhand, and Marianna Jędrzejczak nee Imanowska, aged 27, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Sebastian Pluciński and Antonina Nawrocka, both from the village of Skalmierowice.
