This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Mateusz Jędrzejczak, from the Krzywosądz parish.

Czołpin, No. 24, 1827

This occurred in the village of Krzywosądz, on the 26th of August, 1827, at 12 p.m. Szymon Jędrzejczak appeared, aged 40, a tenant farmer residing in the village of Czołpin, in the presence of: Maciej Woźniak, aged 44, a shepherd, and Joachim Woźniak, aged 54, a farm owner residing in the village of Krzywosądz, and showed Us a male child born in the village of Czołpin, on the 17th of August, 1827, at 12 p.m., to his lawful wife Marianna Imańska, aged 36. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Mateusz. The godparents were: Maciej Woźniak, from Czołpin, and Ełzbieta Woźniak, from Krzywosądz. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
