Baptism of Kazimierz Jedrzejczak (1822)

This is my translation of the Polish language baptismal record of Kazimierz Jędrzejczak, from the Krzywosądz Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Czołpin, No. 13, 1822
On the 5th of March, 1822, at 6 a.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Krzywosądz, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Krzywosądz, Radziejów County, Mazowieckie Province, Szymon Jędzrejczak appeared, aged 35, a laborer residing in the village of Czołpin, and presented Us a male child, which was born in house #8, on the 2nd of March, 1822, at 10 a.m., to his lawful wife Marianna Imanowska, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Kazimierz. He made the above statement and showed Us the child, in the presence of witnesses: Joachim Woźniak, aged 50, a laborer residing in Czołpin, and Józef Woźniak, aged 52, a laborer residing in the village of Czołpin. After which this Birth Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
