Baptism of Apolonia Jedrzejczak (1882)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Apolonia Jędrzejczak, from the Sędzin parish.

Wola Bachorna, No. 6, 1882

This occurred in the village of Sędzin on the 26th of January/7th of February, 1882, at 5 p.m. Walenty Jędrzejczak appeared, aged 26, a resident of Wola Bachorna, in the presence of Piotr Czapski, aged 21, and Mateusz Kułpa, aged 40, both farmers in Wola Bachorna, and presented us a female child, stating that the child was born in the village of Wola Bachorna, on the 25th of January/6th of February, 1882, at 4 a.m., to his lawful wife Zofia nee Kacprzak, aged 21. At Holy Baptism, administered on this day, this child was given the name of Apolonia. The Godparents were: Piotr Czapski and Apolonia Jędrzejczak. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
