There is a brickyard and a Catholic church, St. Michael’s Parish, that belongs to the Gniezno Deanery (Łaski, Lib. ben. I, 200). The post office is located 5 kilometers away in Orchowo. There is a telegraph station located about 11 kilometers away in Gębice. The train station is located in Mogilno, which is about 19 kilometers away.

2) A manor located in powiat Mogilno. It has a total land area of 1978 morg. It is comprised of 4 places: a) Linowiec manor and folwark; b) Miecze; c) Kosakowo; d) Przybroda. There are a total of 29 homes, with 349 inhabitants: 34 Evangelical Protestants and 315 Catholics. There are 62 inhabitants that are illiterate. The Linowiec manor is owned by Aleksandr Zakrzewski.
