This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Joanna Olszewska, from the Zblewo Parish.

Radziejewo, 1809,

On August 13th, 1809, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Joanna. The parents were: Marcin and Katarzyna Olszewski nee Faralich, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Roch Płachecki and Joanna von Wernikowska.
