This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jakub Szarmach, from the Zblewo Parish.

Iwiczno, 1756,

On April 22nd, 1756, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Jakub. The parents were: Wawrzyniec and Marianna Szarmach, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Szymon Szarmach, from Iwiczno, and Anna Mania, from Kaliska Kiszewa.
