This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Anna Gajewska (alias Gatkowska), from the Zblewo Parish.

Miradowo, 1745,

On March 28th, 1745, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Anna. The parents were: Michał and Marianna Gajewski (alias Gatkowski), the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Kazimierz Gełdon and Elżbieta Lisewska, both from Miradowo.
