This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Anna Gajewska (alias Gatkowska), from the Zblewo Parish.

Miradowo, 1740,

On July 24th, 1740, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Anna. The parents were: Michał and Anna Gajewski (alias Gatkowski), the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jan Lisewski and Anna Lica.
