Death of Jadwiga Nowak nee Żywica (1875)

This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Jadwiga Nowak nee Żywiczka, from the Wieniec Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Siedlimin, No. 41, 1875

This occurred in the village of Wieniec, on the 14th/26th of August, 1875, at 9 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Jan Kapuściński, aged 43, and Wawrzyniec Ziołkowski, aged 46, both are farmers residing in Siedlimin, and stated that on the 12th/24th of August, 1875, at 6 p.m., Jadwiga Nowak nee Żywiczka, aged 57, died. Her original married name was Grzanka. She was born in the village of Papros. She was the daughter of Tomasz and Katarzyna Żywiczka nee Kocent. She leaves behind her husband Bartłomiej Nowak, who resides in the village of Sosnowice. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Jadwiga Nowak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
