This is my translation of the Latin language Marriage record of Wojciech Kars alias Małek and Jadwiga Betańska nee Białczyk, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sypniewo, 1778,

On November 9th, 1778, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, after the banns have been read on three separate Sundays, and no canonical impediments having arisen, officiated at the wedding of Wojciech Karsz, aged 32, single, from Sypniewo, and Jadwiga Betańska, aged 40, a widow, from Sypniewo. The witnesses were: Walenty Małek and Paweł Szondała, both from Sypniewo.
