This is my translation of the Latin language Death record of Helena Straszyńska, from the Sypniewo Parish.

Sypniewo, No. 28, 1781

On the 25th of July, 1781, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, officiated at the funeral of Helena Straszyńska, an infant, aged 10 weeks. She died on July 23rd, 1781, due to complications caused by diarrhea. The parents were Paweł and Marianna Straszyński nee Białczyk.
