This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Mateusz Borzych, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Iłowo, 1774,

On February 13th, 1774, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Mateusz. The parents were: Wojciech and Marianna Borzych, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Bartłomiej Martyn, from Wielki Buczek, and Marianna Małek, from Iłowo.
