This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Marcin Kujawa, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sypniewo, 1761,

On November 15th, 1761, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Marcin. The parents were: Stanisław and Agnieszka Kujawa nee Kars, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Andrzej Smarzcz and Marianna Baran.
