This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Klara Kujawa, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sypniewo, 1790, No. 24,

On August 15th, 1790, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Klara. The child was born on the 9th of August, 1790, at 11 p.m. The parents were: Walenty and Ewa Kujawa nee Borzych, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Wojciech Urbań? and Marianna Borzych, both are from Sypniewo.
