This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Julianna Kujawa, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On February 16th, 1800, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Julianna. The parents were: Walenty and Ewa Kujawa nee Borzych, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Andrzej Kujawa and Katarzyna Borzych.
