This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jan Kujawa, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sypniewo, 1743,

On May 19th, 1743, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Jan. The parents were: Stanisław and Agnieszka Kujawa nee Kars, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Wawrzyniec Rozewicz and Ewa Kiczka.
