This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jakub Kujawa, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sypniewo, 1793, No. 26,

On July 21st, 1793, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Jakub. The child was born on the 16th of July, 1793. The parents were: Walenty and Ewa Kujawa nee Borzych, colonists, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Stanisław Siwinka and Katarzyna Wiernicka.
