This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jadwiga Bednarz alias Białczyk, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sypniewo, 1734,

On September 12th, 1734, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Jadwiga. The parents were: Paweł and Anna Bednarz, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Andrzej, a blacksmith, and Ewa Kiczka, both from Sypniewo.
