This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Ignacy Kujawa, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sypniewo, 1797, No. 43,

On August 6th, 1797, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Ignacy. The child was born on the 31st of July, 1797. The parents were: Walenty and Ewa Kujawa nee Borzych, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Marcin S? and Katarzyna Małek.
