This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Helena Straszyńska, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sypniewo, 1781, No. 29,

On May 20th, 1781, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Helena. The child was born on May 13th, 1781, at 11 a.m. The parents were: Paweł and Marianna Straszyński nee Białczyk, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Tomasz Straszyński, a laborer, ? Błach, a colonist, and Helena Baran, all from the village of Sypniewo.
