This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Helena Borzych, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Iłowo, 1751,

On April 4th, 1751, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Helena. The parents were: Marcin and Katarzyna Borzych, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Grzegorz Żelewski, a wheel-wright, and Regina Głuś.
