This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Elżbieta Wojciechowska, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On November 4th, 1855, I, Rev. Józef Kręcki, Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Elżbieta, who was born on the 31st of October, 1855, at 5 p.m. The parents were: Marcin and Magdalena Wojciechowski nee Straszyńska, the legally married couple, both are Catholics and villagers. The Godparents were: Michał Wasik and Marcianna Szpera.
