This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Barbara Kujawa, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sypniewo, 1758,

On December 17th, 1758, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Barbara. The parents were: Stanisław and Agnieszka Kujawa nee Kars, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jan Borzych and Marianna Smarzek, both from Sypniewo.
