This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Antoni Kujawa, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sypniewo, 1764,

On May 27th, 1764, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Antoni. The parents were: Stanisław and Agnieszka Kujawa nee Kars, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Paweł Bednarz and Marianna Smarz, both from Sypniewo.
