This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Andrzej Jędrzeiek, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sypniewo, 1764,

On November 26th, 1764, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Andrzej. The parents were: Wojciech and Marianna Jędrzeiek, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Szymon Bednarczyk and Marianna Kaszuba.
