This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Marianna Klasa, from the Sułęczyno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On September 4th, 1746, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sułęczyno Parish, baptized the infant named Marianna. The parents were: Marcin and Anna Klasa, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Wojciech Cieszyca and Marcianna Cieszyca, from Węsiory.
