This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jakub Klasa, from the Sułęczyno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Zdunowice, 1756,

On July 19th, 1756, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sułęczyno Parish, baptized the infant named Jakub. The parents were: Marcin and Anna Klasa, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jan Maykowiec and Katarzyna Kowalk.
