This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Anna Kąkol, from the Sułęczyno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Borowy Las, 1803,

On May 4th, 1803, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sułęczyno Parish, baptized the infant named Anna. The parents were: Krzysztof and Konstancja (incorrectly listed as Teresa) Kąkol, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: the Noble Marcin Jeżewski and Rozalia Olska, from Rokicki Las.
