This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Anna Daszk, from the Sułęczyno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On June 26th, 1723, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sułęczyno Parish, baptized the infant named Anna. The parents were: Wojciech and Marianna Daszk, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Mikołaj Suchosz and Marianna Dułak.
